Exceptionally lightweight Baseplate for filmmakers. Despite having only basic features 8Sinn design applies standard solutions that can serve a wide range of camera models. Having this kind of camera base allows you to attach most rod-related accessories like a matte box or follow focus and by extension, assemble a smart basic rig.

top 1/4" and 3/8" camera screws

In the case of baseplates, mounting the camera by two screws is a necessity. Solid mounting points supported by rubber pads at the top of the plate, guarantee stable attachment and prevent the camera from twisting.

15mm rod openings with individual regulation

8Sinn Lightweight Baseplate is made in LWS standard, so that it supports two 15mm diameter rods spaced by 60mm. Each rod has its own tightening screws, so they can be adjusted independently.
