Made from aircraft-grade T6061 aluminum with a black-anodized finish, the PLX3x is lightweight yet durable. It’s compatible with Arca-Swiss clamps, allowing use with most tripods and monopods, though it pairs best with ProMediaGear carbon fiber tripods.

Its vertical plate extends to keep cable ports and the battery compartment accessible, while an integrated SS2 or QD strap port lets you attach accessories or convert your camera into a small rig. Note that it doesn’t fit cameras with battery grips; for those, the PLX4X Universal L-Bracket is the better option.
